 AUDITION for a NEW PLAY

"Is His Dream Here Yet?"

A heavy Drama with controversial situations including racism and sexism

Material may be offensive

This is an ensemble Cast

Looking for actors ages 18-50

Looking for actors of different ethnicities

Some partial nudity in play (For only two characters)

Derogatory terms are used in this play

Some cursing

Must be able to sing or carry a tune and also play instruments (percussions: cymbals, tambourine, maracas) keep beat and rhythm

Improv skills a plus but not needed

Rehearses mainly virtually. Rehearses on stage week of performance

Performances are at the Strand Center for the Arts in Lakewood, NJ on January 12, 2024 at 7:00pm
